Signature Verification
Each blog post is signed with a Heptapod Circle — an SVG logogram generated from the SHA-256 hash of the post's text content. To verify a post's signature:
- Copy the visible text content of the post (excluding the signature itself).
- Compute the SHA-256 hash of the trimmed text.
- The resulting 64 hex characters deterministically produce the Heptapod Circle shown at the bottom of the post.
The generation algorithm is open and lives in heptapod.js. The header logo is the Heptapod Circle for the SHA-256 hash of Sidharth Sharma.
